Returning your gemstone is easy: 

1. Contact Us with your order details 
2. Pack the item securely with original packaging, certificate, and invoice 
3. Include any marketing literature sent along with the gem 
4. Pickup scheduled via our logistics partners (no shipping charges in most cases) 
5. Refund or exchange processed upon inspection 

All we ask is that you send back the invoice, certificate, packaging, and any accompanying literature, and take care of the gem as if it were your own while it is with you.

4. Applicable on Most Products 
Our return policy applies to: 

• All standard gemstones 

• Most ready-made jewelry 

• Non-customized items in original condition 

Note on Organic Gems: Due to their delicate nature and spiritual purpose, organic gemstones such as pearls and corals may not be eligible for return once they have been tested, worn, or altered. We request customers to review all images and certifications carefully before purchase. 

(Custom-made jewelry and engraved pieces are usually non-returnable but we’ll still work with you if there’s an issue.)
