Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment modes:

– UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
– Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay)
– NetBanking (all major Indian banks)
– Wallets & EMI via Razorpay (if enabled)
– Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for orders up to ₹49,999

Note: Diners Club and Discover cards are not supported by Razorpay. For international cards, we recommend using Visa, Mastercard, or Amex.

PAN Requirement for Orders Above ₹2 Lakhs

As per Government of India regulations, PAN card details are mandatory for all purchases above ₹2,00,000.

You will be prompted to provide your PAN number at checkout. Orders above ₹2L without PAN will not be processed or shipped.

Payment Gateway Security

All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay’s encrypted gateway (PCI-DSS compliant).

We do not store or access your full card/UPI details — only Razorpay processes your payment credentials.

Refund Timelines

Refunds (once approved) are processed back to your original payment method within:

– UPI: 2–4 business days
– Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
– NetBanking: 5–7 business days
– Store Credit: Instant

Bank-side delays may occasionally occur beyond our control.

Store Credit Terms

– Refunds issued as store credit can be used on any future Precious Carats purchase
– Store credit is non-convertible to cash
– Orders placed using store credit can only be returned for store credit again

Invoices & GST

Every order includes a tax invoice.
Customers with a valid GSTIN may enter it at checkout to receive input credit.

Payment Failures or Errors

If your payment fails or appears stuck:

– Check your UPI/card balance
– Do not refresh the browser/payment page mid-transaction
– If money is debited but no order is generated, contact us on WhatsApp — we’ll help resolve it quickly

Double Payment Protection

If a payment is accidentally made twice for the same order, the excess amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you notice any duplicate deduction, please contact us on WhatsApp or email immediately with your transaction details.
